If someone comes after like 30 seconds, is this considered premature ejeculation?

If so, what can be done to make the man last longer?
And what causes it in the first place?

    Over-excitement, a lack of practice, or a lack of masturbation beforehand.

    It just depends on the circumstances. Have the guy go down on the girl/finger her first, because at least then she'll be satisfied too.

    I wouldn't say i've cured my lack of sex problem. It was purely a one off and won't be happening again. :p

    I don't think he could last longer even if he wanted to. WE used to date for years, and he's always come quickly - unless he's been drunk at the time.

    I just wondered that's all...
