Has anyone else found that after being involved with a 'coctail' of drugs for a few years that it just becomes second nature to use drugs to regulate your mood all the time.
I'm not talkin about anything big, just if you want to relax then you have a drink, your tierd you have coffee etc. Little things.
I guess its just tempting to always go for the simple route, cut out the effort and go straight to the emotion that you want.

I think if I had every drug I take in abundance could prove quite bad.
Speed in the tea in the morning to wake you up a bit ready for the day.
Charlie in the afternoon to level you off a bit
Puff in the evening to wind down
Not talking about caining it just a little to make a subtle difference.
If I am feeling a bit low or depressed then a few beers and smoke.
