    He probably meant how to make a bong, or how to use one. You have to accept that a lot of people here are new to drugs.

    Does it filter out any THC cos i've heard that THC is soluble in alcohol.

    I assume what you've heard about is the various drinks that can be made from high proof alcohol, and cannabis.

    If you break down some cannabis into little pieces, place it in a high proof alcohol, and leave it for a few weeks, the alcohol will absorb the THC, thus creating a cannabis/alcohol style drink.

    I doubt the alcohol would absorb much, if any, of the THC in the amount of time it takes to pass through the alcohol in the bong, especially seeing as it's in smoke form.

    Dr Pepper is very easy on the throat. Don't know why and I hate drinking the stuff but it seems really good for use as liquid in a bong!
