Im in quite a dilema at the mo.

Ive been with my boyf for 1yr 3months (lol how sad i cud prob tell u down 2the second.. ive got it bad!!)
Anyway, lol.
We've always used a condom but he's had the snip so im not sure if we still need to or not. He's been tested for STDs etc and they all came out neg. It sort of freaked me out when i was told that the op can reverse itself and lets just say i dont want to end up with a kid just yet!
Do you guys think im being daft?... i think ive pretty much decided to try it without but i was also wondering if u guys know how accurate STD tests are?

i dont really know how accurate STD tests are.. but i know the chance of a vasectomy reversing itself is very slim. apparently the ends of the vas deferens can re-join and seal up again, for those of you wondering how.. but have you considered other contraceptive options, like the pill, injection (depo-provera), diaphragm, etc etc? if its the chance of getting pregnant you're worried about. i seem to remember if you have been exposed to the HIV virus, or you think you have been, and you get a negative test result, you need to go back 6 months later and if its still negative and you havent re-exposed yourself in the meantime, then you're clear. but i think i got that from ER lol so dont listen to me <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/biggrin.gif"&gt;

Cheers.. he's not slept with any1 for abt 4 yrs b4 me so i presume the HIV test is ok.
I think im just making a mountain out of a molehill. Oh i dont know!!!

Always use something!

Tests for STD's don't cover the last three to six months of your life so unless he's had two tests you can't be sure.

And babies should be something you plan for not something that just happens.

He's only slept with me (+ yes i do know + believe him lol) in the last 5 yrs or so. So i think i can b sure.

Hi

If you would like the feeling of doing it natural but what to make sure you don't become pregnant, you could go on the pill to make sure your safe.
