What are peoples opinions on Bon jovi?i think they are class...really good 2 listen to while stoned as well.
But a couple of my friends seem to think they are pure shite,that they are "old shit", they wud prefer sum 41,blink 182,etc.

    I've been a major fan for years, bit disappointed with the last two albums though, they've ditched old style rock in favour of commercial soft rock, but they're still very very talented.

    In response to the original post, I like bands like that too, but I wouldn't say I prefer one over the other, I just listen to them when I am in different moods!

    i kinda like them , but sometimes i dont lol!

    They are kinda soft rock kinda, but i like alot of their stuff, pondering whether to see them @ ibrox in june or not.

    Heehee, me too. Quite possibly the best gig I've ever been too. (the added bonus of Matchbox twenty helped. :))

    Quality band, although, again, I prefer the old stuff. But the new stuff is still pretty cool, I did like Crush.

    Can't wait for the gig at Ibrox in June.

    Have been to see them lots, best time being in Gateshead a couple of years ago.

    The new album is quite good but my faves are definately New Jersey (blood on blood is class!) and also These Days (even tho everyone else thinks its a crappy album :confused: )

    Theres also the added bonus of jon being a babe!

    I've got all of their albums, and have been a fan since before SWW, funnily enough thanks to Jonathan King who really sold them overhere.

    Shame he'll be remembered for being a child abusing pervert scumbag...

    My fav songs has to be keep the faith, livin on a prayer and definatly Always, which has to be one of the greasest songs ever.

    i love bon jovi, was brought up with bad medicine as my fave song, it took me 10 years to work out it was about sex:rolleyes: none of my mates are into it, but it doesn't bother me. best albums are New Jersey and These days.

    Jon Bon Jovi Kick Arse! "Old shit!?" Thats bollocks I'm afraid.

    JBJ are a prime example of old school talent. They've been at it for years and I hope they do nothing but carry on.

    i love bon jovi too!! was converted by my mate who convinced me to go their wembley concert in 2000. Had only heard a couple of songs before i went but have now become dedicated fan and can't wait to see them in hyde park next year!
