Boyf/my period pains??!

Hiya :D
ive just really notuced this, but when my period is due i normally get really spotty ans sore and feel tired and ill constantly, but recently i noticed this doesnt happen no more to me anyway, but my boyf gets all the symptoms, ive heard of guys getting the pregnant symtoms, how bout period symtoms, or is this just wierd?! LOL!
