if u say i should talk to sumone before i don anythin stupid, how do u tell a friend that u dont trust and dont think likes u that ure feelin suicidal

    You've got to find someone you can trust, though it's going to be hard understandin your going to have to trust someone that much. I've been a self-harmer for 9 and a hlf months and after 6 I let it slip to a friend ( not a good one i might add) but they were so understandin and i had to get over the fact I had to trust them, it has helped.
