Free Floating Anxiety

Sometimes i'll just be sat at work or whatever, and I feel myself worry about something - when sometimes i'm not even conscious of what it is i'm worrying about.

Does anyone else ever get this? And any ideas as to how it can be overcome?

I think i'm overtired at the moment too, which probably doesn't help matters much.

Being overtired isnt going to help at all, I used to have seriously bad anxiety, Id be doing something and all of a sudden have a panic attack about dying or where space ends really irrational stuff.
When this happens I try and think about something else, what Im planning for the weekend, something uplifting and it passes.

I usually find it happens when my stress level are high so I try to relax more, I use aromatherapy which is very good, and just try and sleep well.
Try not to get anxious over your anxiety.

    :)
