I've been in america and feel it my duty to tell you what's good. don't htink any of tehse are out here yet.
ROAD TO PERDITION is fabulous - beuatifully shot and Hanks is great and extremely moving and Sam Mendes (amercian beauty) is a talented chap.
XXX is nice for the explosions, though not exactly a masterpiece.
BOURNE IDENTITY is a rent-a-thriller and pretty average. Damon's alright. Save your cash and watch it on video, I would.
IGBY GOES DOWN is the best film I've seen this year. kieran culkin deserves an oscar nom at least - he's superb in this catcher in the rye type thing which is funny and sweet and sad. WHole cast is amazingly strong - CLaire Danes, Susan Sarandon, Ryan Phillipe, Amanda Peet, Jeff Goldblum - all great.
