    Hey they are called avaters. You can put them in by finding a picture and they going to the user cp.
    Also doing a search might help because this question is asked all the time :)

    Hey!

    Ok to get an avatar go to 'user cp' then click 'edit options' then go down to change avatar, and put in your little pic... And remember its only aloud to be 60x60 pixels! ;):)

    ive never said this before but do a search its easier cus so many people have asked this question including me! :)
