agency work and part time work?

Hi I am employed by an agency but a different outlet of the same company has asked me for an interview. The job is different hours from what I already do. Am I allowed to work part time as well as being employed by an agency because the way that I see it is that it is a real job and I real chance to be properly employed by the company but it is not for many hours.

Anybody got any advice please?
