Getting a job with criminal record

Hi iv just been offered a job in my local co op and they say they want me to do training so I can help run the post office. It's just a small rural store. I'm worried about my past iv got a criminal record, everything's spent and from 12 /13 years ago but I have got a caution for theft by finding 2 years ago and an arrest for neglect that was no further actioned a year ago. Is this going to stop me from working as a post office clerk.
