    No napping, no sleeping in, waking up everyday at 8, if not 7, yet, I still spend every night physically exhausted and awake, and no matter what I try, I can't sleep, and because I'm so physically exhausted I'm crying. Can't deal with such little sleep, but when I try, its like every moment I'm going over every shitteh mistake with life, but it's never been as bad as it has been recently. Then you have those who get a buzzz of being up late, solely because they slept in or napped.
