Just had the most amazing BBQ rib stack with side salad and home made wedges, any tips how to get them abit crunchier? Thanks x

Maybe leave it in the oven for a bit longer as the oil will absorb into the meat with a more firm and crunchy sensation with still keeping all the flavours in there.

Hey Caprice, just moving this over to food forum for you :)

Sounds like some good munch! With any potatoes if you par-boil them first and then put in the oven it can mean they get crunchier - works with roasties and wedges. Also good to make sure you turn them over regularly.
