I started having flash backs again

Most of my famliey are bad tamped and agresive. I was born around volince.

Its really bad my past my mum end up in prison for something I didnt do .

I tryed speaking to my mum but I just said dosnt matter

Hi bubbley-Heather,

Maybe you could see your GP and explain to them you are the having the flashbacks again. They could refer you for counselling or another type of talking therapy.

If you want to talk to your mum again about the flashbacks, maybe you could go to another room in your house where you won't be disturbed by other family members.
