Volunteers needed to trial new online stress and worry therapy

Hey gang

We've had a message from a PhD student at the University of Exeter who's trialing a new type of online therapy.

This is what she says:
We are investigating whether an internet-based therapy targeting worry and rumination is able to reduce levels of stress and worry in young adults. The therapy aims to help people to find better ways of handling day-to-day stress and reduce their risk of future problems, such as depression and anxiety.

She's looking for people who are:
  • Aged 18-24
  • Often feel stressed or worried
  • Do not think you are currently depressed
  • Are interested in finding new ways to reduce worry and stress in people your age

If that describes you, and you're interested in getting involved, head over to the screening form or take a look at the Facebook page.

Cheers,
JPick
