Do you think medical professionals are out to get you?

Do you think, based on their supposed prestige, that medical professionals seek to abuse and misguide their patients?
Take two people. Myself and another younger person. If both of us said to a GP:
- I like to go to clubs at uni campus to sleep around
- I like to drink a lot at weekends
- I like to stay out late at nights with my gf
S/he would say to the other guy "OK, but take precautions, drinking can damage your liver, and staying out late is not always safe."
However, to me it would be "sex is bad! Drinking is immoral! You should be in bed at 9pm!"
er... so since when had the paradigm of medical ethics changed? :chin:
