Argh. Sorry for another thread...i'll try make it the last for a while i'm sure people must be sick of me 
I'm so anxious about my appointment tomorrow. To say that i'm freaking out would be an understatement! 
Don't know how to control this anxiety i'm so tempted not to go but they'll be consequences if I don't go so would rather force myself to go but arghhhhhhh
