I may be considering moving out of my parents house soon, but does anyone know any vital information or useful websites when it comes to calculating the overall budget of it?

    Im currently in the same situation and the only thing ive found is that rent should be about 33% of your after tax salary

    Best advice I've heard is divide your salary into 1/3rds. 3rd on rent/mortgage, 3rd on bills/living expenses, 3rd on savings.
