What to wear over this?

So, going to a wedding reception tomorrow, thinking of wearing this http://www.boohoo.com/content/ebiz/boohoo/invt/azz73531/azz73531_black_default_m.jpg (although I do have a back up for if I can't find a jacket) but I have absolutely no idea what to wear over it, ideas?

I'm sure you'll be able to find a cheaper one, but a cream fitted blazer would look lovely with that dress.

I don't know that what did you wear over this. But, in my point of view there was no need to wear anything over this.
