I am so depressed I have kept myself busy and I still can't stop crying over my ex I am so lonely and still love him. I feel pothetic when I end u crying and can't stop I feel isolated alone and just useless and unworthy and I don't know where to go or who to turn to I've seen friends family but they say what u crying over him for. i have feelings still and I still end up breaking down. I need to get this off my chest and need to know am not alone

    I think this might be a bit more suitable considering your pain at not being with an ex, rather than stuff aimed at couples.
