How come you have to move out?
I know you may not feel like it now but there are people who do care about you Sophie.
I think deep down, you care about yourself too.
Have you talked to Becki? As I know she supports you :)

    Friend needs space.

So I've got to look for else to live. No one wants me to move back home but it looks like my only choice.

Okay.. Hmm just trying to think of some suggestions for you.
Do you have a connexions near you? They offer advice with things like housing.
Ive seen a few of your threads about how being at home is for you. Can you stay with another family member or friend til you get sorted?

It depends what kinda support your looking for.

You could say that you need to move out, but currently dont have anywhere to move into it. Do they have any suggestions? Something like that.

Im not to sure to much about financial. Could be worth a chat with them.

Do you go to college? If you do the student services maybe able to help you if you explain to them the situation.

ClaireStephanie has got some good pointers there which could help, it might be worth a try?

That's a good idea to give Becki a call as she may find local services who can help and support you to find somewhere to live

How are you feeling about things today Sophie?
I agree with what purple_rain has said, about speaking to social services and Becki :)

I am sorry to hear that. *hug*

It is good that you are getting your emotions out by posting on the boards. Have you managed to speak to Becki about how you are feeling at all? I mean the current stuff, like what you have been posting on here.

I know how the hiding part feels, sometimes when I am really down, I turn my phone of and just sleep. If it helps and it's safe :)

Please take care Sophie, people care about you.

What about texting the Samaritans, I know they have helped you in the past, just a suggestion.

I am not to sure I am the best to be giving advice, cos I am not feeling to good myself, and not in the best head space.

But your not alone in this, people do care about you.

    Hey sophieannn

I'm not surprised you're feeling low if you're being forced to move out, it's a really stressful situation, especially if you don't want to go back home.

But you might have more options than you think - which is why you should defo speak to your support workers as soon as you can.

I've just had a look at TheSite's article about homelessness and it says:

"If you live in England, Wales and Northern Ireland contact your local council's housing department or housing executive. Councils have duties to help homeless people immediately but the amount of help they offer depends on your particular circumstances."

Take a read of that article to give you a quick, simple overview about homelessness.

Shelter is also a great place to turn to for advice. It has reams of info on its website, including info about emergency housing. Here is the link to its homelessness section, but it might be a bit overwhelming as there's loads of info to wade through. They also have a freephone helpline - maybe it would be better to give them a call in the first instance so you can tell them about your situation and they could tell you where you stand? Tel: 0808 800 4444

Hopefully some of this will help to reassure you a bit that you should have other options available to you than moving home.

    *hug*
