Well i'm not from uk so i can't contact them.
I do some of those things you suggested sometimes to try and not think but sometimes it doesn't work :(.
    I might join the chat.
I tried before talking to them but it was for nothing. It's a little bit more complicating :(.
    I'm 18 years old.

Sorry to hear how you're feeling, Pink Girl

Heather has offered some great advice already, but I just wanted to add that many support services can be contacted via email, so it shouldn't matter if you're not in the UK. For example, the Samaritans has an email service - here are the details:

    http://www.samaritans.org/how-we-can-help-you/contact-us

It's not easy admitting to these kind of feelings, so well done for posting, I hope it helps to come here and talk, we're here for you *hug*

Hey Pink girl, I remember you saying you were in Malta so I found this. When was the last time you tried to talk with a family doctor, or specialist care unit for these issues you have?

Hi Fiend, it was about one year ago when my parents took me to their doctor because i cut my arm and that's when they found out that i s/h but he told them that i was doing it because i wanted attention, and he sent me to a specialist but after a few times i stopped from going because i was still feeling the same way and because of money problems.

Could you explain to me the way the health system works in Malta? I thought Malta enjoyed universal healthcare as in the UK. So money problems wouldn't have struck me as being an issue.

It's worth bearing in mind that improvements, even when seeing a specialist, can take a long time, and if you can find a way to persist in getting some help with the way you're feeling it can make the world of difference.

Well my family doctor sent me to a specialist and i had to pay her because she works on her own private.
Than there are the Appogg (the site that you gave me) the government take care of the place and if you use their service you don't pay. At least that's how i think they work :/.
I never used their services so i don't know how they work very much.

Have you tried to see a government funded mental health team? Because if money is an issue, but you're still feeling this way I would have thought it was probably worth a try.

I have sent an email to the Appogg ( the website that you gave me) now i have to wait and see if they will respond my email.

    Hello PinkGirl,

How are you doing today? Sounds as though things have been quiet difficult for you over the last couple of days, but you've taken a massive step reaching out to the support on here, you should be proud of yourself, I haven't read your whole thread, rather, the first one, and the last few!

You took a massive step messaging Appogg help, well done, I'm glad they were able to respond, how do you feel about there response? *hug*

Sorry to hear you are feeling lonely, you can always drop me a PM if you need a random chatter with someone, always up for a random chat! You seem like an amazing person to chat to and get to know to, I'm glad we've met and that you are here, I know you don't see it right now, but you are a very important person!

I'm also sorry to hear about the girls in your class, I can imagine how difficult that must be for you, but ignoring someone, can be a form of bullying, have you ever checked out CyberMentors, if you are ages between 11-18, they are an anti-bullying support website, who deal with a varied amount of issues and also have trained cousellors, as well as young people who are your age. Would you check that out for me?

Have you ever spoken to your GP about your anxiety and fears about going out, maybe they could put you through to a therapist, so you have that someone to talk to, who would be able to offer more support, and be able to work with you on your self esteem. Massive *hug*'s to you!

Well done for reaching out for support, you should be proud of youself, do keep us updated on how things are going for you Pink Girl :)

    Angel

Thanks Angel for your support :). I'm really glad that i found thesite because it's the best website that i ever used.
Today i'm better than other days. I went to a dogs shelter where i do volunteer work so i guess i was distracted from other stuff.
They gave me a phone number and a email of someone who can help me with my s/h and depression. Though i'm finding it difficult to call them. I get really nervous and what do i say anyway :/.
I'm 18 years old and i promise you that i will check out the website.
I spoke to my family doctor but i don't like him. when i had to check out one of my cuts because it was bad he sent me to a therapist right away, he didn't even talk to me. Anyway i didn't like her so after a few times i stopped seeing her.
Again thanks for your help. I'm glad to feel safe here. :)

You're not an idiot. So many people care about you and love talking to you.
You might hate your life at the moment, there are so many things to hate about life, but we all feel like that sometimes. You have a knock and it feels like the Earth is crumbling beneath you, and you feel there is no way out even if you try. But I found there is always something you can do.
Like I said in the PM, try not to let it worry you tonight. xx *hug*
