If somebody were to drink 800mls of prune juice drink (60% juice) in the space of about 3 hours, what would happen? Would diarrhoea be possible, probable or definite? And how long would it take to come on?

It would not exactly be diarrhea as in the classic stuff when you are ill, it generally comes in waves of 3-4 gigantic shites in about an hour after chugging your laxative of choice. Pure orange juice also has the same effect of making you go massive boom boom, it is like an awesome digestive reset when you eat half a pack of fruit and fibre with orange juice instead of milk.
Edit: It also helps to drink 2-3 litres of water with pure OJ/prune juice/whatever as that helps things uhm... it helps things become more 'slick'
