Animal Lovers

This is my faviourite song about animal abuse. It's called it's Gotta Stop.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoxbgbeteRw&feature=relmfu

And i really believe it's gotta stop  why hurt an innocent animal?
What are you going to take from it? why abuse an animal ? because they can't speak or they can't fight back. Maybe that's the reason but we are their voices and we fight for them.
Animal lovers:heart: are not gonna let abusers win we are gonna win because we love animals, they are part of our family.
ABUSERS ARE LOSERS because they abuse the innocent!

I wish to do something for homeless animals maybe a fundraising or something to raise money. any ideas ??

Do you have any animal rights type groups in your area?

I haven't been as active as I usually do, but I helped out at a vegan out reach stall a few weeks ago. Basically, this means you bring leaflets and food samples and talk to people about how awesome veganism is and how you can still be healthy and not eat animals.

I am sure that you must have some kind of animal shelter near you as well.

Why not buy a vegetarian cook book? There are some really simple things :) I'm half asleep at the moment because it's 5 in the morning here! But later on today I'll send you some easy recipes if you like, and maybe you could try going veggie for a few days? :thumb:

Try going to veggie restaurants for inspiration. I find veganism easy... But I did have to teach myself to cook (anybody can cook... you just have to learn).

    My mother and sister don't eat meat. They eat meat substitutes;
    -Tesco meat free burgers/ sausages.
    -Veggie roasts with stuffing.
    -Linda McCartney meat free foods.
Even meat free sausage rolls from the health shop and Holland and Barrett.
Hope this a helps a bit Michelle xx.

Pink Girl lives in Malta, not sure if they have the same brands over there :) also, some of those things aren't vegan. Good advice to UK based people though :)

There's looooads of meat free things in the UK, but I find it's better to try and stay vegetable based as much as I can.
