I'm getting pretty emotional over how good my chai latte is right now. It's heavenly.

What is your favourite hot beverage??

Cranberry and sanguinello was this mornings favourite. Twinings peppermint this afternoons.

Tea fixes everything, and I only drink the hippy stuff

Chai latte is always very good. I do love a good mulled cider, and a proper thick swiss hot chocolate with a good shot or two of Cointreau or Chambord, or even Baileys. But I have become partial to a good cup of Earl Gray (but Lady Gray is better!).

There's a milky cinnamon-y spicy tea that you can get in a little shisha shop in Glasgow and it's amazing.

Or milky sugary posh coffee in a bowl.

Ewww hate tea. I love a creamy coffee. Favourite hot drink would have to be the caramel milk steamers you can get from the little stall things in town though!!

Where I come from they boil tea granules, milk, tej patta (leaf of some sort), cardamom, cloves and all the spices together. By boil I really mean like boil-over boil. Then they sieve it through a strainer and serve it to you in a little glass tumbler. That is my favourite. Indians call it chai, we call it chiya.
