My 4skin is too tight

I just started my first sexual relatonship and every time we av sex is hurts cuz my 4skin is too tight!

Will the pain fade as I become more sexual active? or do I need help?

Its likely you will need to see a doctor and get an operation to loosen it. Its reasonably common. I read about it in the letters section of www.stileproject.com a week or so ago.
