I went on facebook this morning and My mum added me on facebook. It since 7 i have seen my mum. i soo dont know what to do

My famliey must not find out beause they dont want me to have no contact with her.

Iam Shackin, Cont stop crying now and iam soooo scared

Please help me what to do

Maybe you should tell them. They might be able to offer support.
Your 18 right? They may say its up to you, now that your an adult. But remember you don't have to do anything, whatever anyone else says its up to you at the end of the day.
However, if it were me and I was crying and shaking, I wouldn't want to feel like that again, I would block her.
