'We will rock you' costume ideas

I've got a dance show coming up and one of my dances is from the we will rock you musical. Now we have to make our own costumes and it has to be inspired by the bohemians in we will rock you. But I'm having a massive brain fart and could do with some inspiration!

    So a kind of grungy hippy punk vibe but with a lot of flesh showing?

    So bright colours, trashed denim, corset- style tops, old band t-shirts, stockings and suspenders, short skirts, layers, lots of different textures.

    Does that give you any ideas? Charity shops are your friend on this one!

    It also needs to be danceable and not showing TOO much flesh as it is a family show! I'm going to scour ebay

    What about a punked up band tshirt, hot pants and fishnets underneath, and then big backcombed hair with some clip in coloured extentions maybe, and use bright eye shadows but take the colour way beyond the eye socket...
