Before general chat this Thursday 6th October we'll be opening up early to run an expert chat around self-harm from 7-8pm.
We will be joined in the chat room by Karina - one of the managers at 42nd Street - a mental health project for young people in Manchester.
Karina has been working with young people who self harm for 14 years in both one to one and group settings. Her focus is around the idea of giving young people a chance to share their experiences and talk about what works for them when coping with self harm. If you'd like to ask Karina a question then do come along to the chat.
If you can't make it but you'd like to ask something then you can send me a Private Message or submit it by replying to this thread and we can ask it on your behalf. After the chat the transcript will be published in the chat arhive: http://www.thesite.org/community/thesocial/chat/archive
The chat will be fully moderated so all comments will go through to a queue before they appear in the chat room, this is so that everyone gets a chance to have their question answered.
