hi ive been told that people would think there is something seriously wrong that i havent been in a relationship or had sex at 28. It just hasnt happened and at the mo am actually getting alot of attention now but if this is the opinion how am i going ot get on

people might think it is unusual but its what u think that matters. You have had reasons that it hasn't happened. it's not really anyone elses business though and you dont have to make it public knowledge.
