Wall Street and the world economy

I think that if Wall Street tanks then the world economy will be in the crapper. I don't know that Bush has done much to remedy the situation. What will happen in the EU if Wall Street and the American economy tank?

Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall at those G7 meetings.

    Kind of difficult for him really. Seeing as he is [apparently] as guilty as the people he is talking about.

    If the Dow on Wall Street 'tanks' then logically other countries will experience economic difficulties. This is due to the interconnected nature of global economies.

    However, Bush has probably taken a prudent step in introducing new legislation to avert business malpractice in the United States.
