Went to a fetishy night at our local sleaze club last year and there was a guy taking some video footage. He did ask if it was ok and i said yes and he said it was for promoting a local gay skinhead group. He sent me a dvd of it, nothing sexual (well no nudity, sex or naughtybits visible) and was ok with it.
Got a message off a mate and someone (not the guy who took the footage) has fucking uploaded it to x tube. so not happy that im there in all my rubbery glory for the world to see with being asked or even told it was going to be on there.
i messaged the guy who uploaded the footage and he said there was a notice in the club at the time saying footage ws going to be taken to promote said group. to me, putting non sexual imagery on a porn website that's not even uk based, let alone birmingham based, is not promoting the society.
i asked him to remove it and well i think you can guess his answer.
any idea where is stand legally ?

the lovely people at x tube mailed me back, saying they'd had several complaints so have removed the videos and banned the user, hurrah
