Trying to track this one down

I'm trying to find this tune on Youtube. It was out during the summer/autumn of 1999, it was a chavvy-commercial dance instrumental and I can't for the life of me remember what it's called or who it's by. All I remember is the video had some bloke sitting in an armchair with a white background bopping along to a group of cheerleader-type girls who were dancing along to the beat. It was very Alice Deejay-type commercial, that's about all I recall.
