So things, maybe people, you miss that probably/definitely won't come back. Not so much dead people, but things, items maybe even places.

So for me...

The ghost train on Brighton pier. One of the most, genuinly 'make you jump' ghost trains i've ever been on.

Porthcawl fair/pleasure beach from when i was 7ish, one of the rare times i can remember being with my parents and having a good time. I went there a few years ago and nearly cried. All pulled down and replaced by a pile of shit.

The haunted house at Dymchurch mini fair thing. The times i fell for that 'pull to open' door and walked into a glass door :)

Cabanna bars. Extremely sweet chocolate bar. 1 was ok, 2 made you sick, 3 gave you diabetes.

Helicopter/Aeroplane/Jumping Jack fireworks. Probably, when they were still about, responsible for 95% of firework accidents.

    I miss 'The Green' - this bit of grass we used to hang out at, next to Walpole park in Ealing- it's still there, with the skaters and tramps, but not the same as when i was 17, ahhhhh the fun we had :)

    I miss school during our GCSE's. Our teachers would let us sit outside on the grass so we could study..... well we had our books open at least

    I also miss hanging out in the park during our free periods at college. Can still do that now of course but its not the same.

    Oh hang on, people have ALWAYS said this...since 2005 at least, which incidentally is when you joined too GF ;)

    Anywho, what I really want to say is that I think you guys are the best and whenever people leave it feels pretty sad, but TheSite.org spirit still reigns and I don't think there's another place quite like it - because of yous. :heart:

    I miss having funky colour schemes. Only ever look at work now which rules out half the fun.

    I'll have been here ten years, on and off, in May. I joined the same day as the old fart Man Of Kent, IIRC...

    God, some of you were still in nappies when I joined (some of you still are, Rubberskin, but I don't want to know).
