Sore head

Heyy :)

Was involved in a bit of a fight today, and the girl pulled my hair... and now the bit of my head where she pulled it is really sore :( It is pretty painful, and it's the side I lay on in bed as well.
Anything I can do to stop it hurting? x

    Try putting a cold cloth against your head.

    Thanks, I did have an ice pack on it, but it didn't help much :/ think I'll try again though :)

    It brings out bruises quicker. http://www.ivillage.co.uk/arnica-good-bruises/78789 gives more information.
