It's kinda like couscous, and on it's on it's a bit boring. But maybe make stuffed red peppers, with quinoa and sundried tomatoes? That's yum.

Our canteen produce it every so often. Seems like couscous to me, but chunkier.

It's grainy like cous cous. It's bland but absorbs flavour so good if you add a vegetable stock cube when you cook it.

Sounds like summat you get spam emails about that will make your tits bigger, cock harder, sex better or give up smoking :D

If it's liike cous cous then it wont taste of much and needs flavouring. That being said, cous cous made with some butter added is rather yummy as a side dish instead of potatoes.

It is high in protein so I've contemplated it, but have no recipes yet... one day.

I make a generic vegi dish with a bunch of vegis and seasoning on top of either rice or barley or boca wheat, maybe I'll try quinoa next time!

Anybody know the difference between that and red quinoa?

Off to the store today, I shall buy some and let you know what I come up with. Maybe the box will provide me with a recipe.

This is my recipe site of choice. If you are feeling ambitious enough to convert the measurments, they seem to have a lot involving the ingrediant.
