weird foot pains?

okay this is really weird:L
ive recently been getting pains in my achilles tenden(sp?) and all across the front of my foot.
the school nurse has said that said that some stratches would help but none of them seem to work? and paracetemol doesnt help either- sometimes it hurts so much i can hardly walk?
can anyone help me out, cause its starting to bug the hell outta me(:
