Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Just been watching the Inbetweeners and thought it would be a good question to ask on here. Pretty sure its been done before, but that was ages ago :)

So what were you at school? The cool kid? The geek? Or an Inbetweener?

For me i was an inbetweener but leaning more towards the geek end then being a cool kid :p

If an "inbetweener" is something in between those two extremes, then yes, I've been that. I never hung around with the "cool kids" who smoked and got a lot into trouble and I did pretty easy in school. I had a couple of inbetweener friends and I was rather good in P.E. I'd probably lean more towards the geek side.

I was scarily like Simon from the Inbetweeners, minus the car with additional crazy coloured hair. Now, I'm more of a "geek".

Probably an inbetweener, not in the coolest gang but not in the geeky one either

Most of my school friends were younger than me, 3-year age gap and I got on with my helper best. Now that I'm in my 30s though, most of my friends are older than me. Apart from a couple of very special friends, I just never got on with my own age group.

I would say I was an inbetweener but, I was probably known as a geek.

Inbetweener toward geek, I'd say. But pretty much an outcast so the geeky stuff had to take over.

I played Dungeons and Dragons, could quote verbatim bits of Star Wars and list the Doctor's companions in chronological order - geek

I also played Rugby, dated the prettiest girl in the school and enjoyed temporary fame after I had to be picked up by my Mum from school for coming in one afternoon after having imbided too much at a local hostelry - cool kid
