drug/alcohol problem?

I've been doing more drugs and drinking more than usual recently, and I think it's becoming a bit of a problem. I don't really know who to talk to about this... I'm worried I won't be able to function without drugs. Help please?

It's great that you're looking to get help with a situation that you feel is getting out of control - especially as you say you're worried you won't be able to function without drugs.

Other than that, at this stage you might find it helpful to tell us a bit more about your experience - the kinds of drugs you're taking/how much you're drinking etc...and why you think you might be taking them more and more recently. You need to talk to a professional or try AA, it helps dramatically..you would be surprised
