Apple Mail and Windows 7

Can anyone help me?

I want to use Apple Mail with my Windows 7, like I've used Outlook in the past. Is this even possible? If so, where can I download?

Doesn't exist. Just use Thunderbird/Opera?

Doesn't exist, and almost certainly will never happen.

I've used Mozilla Thunderbird for many years now, and have little to complain about...
