I need one of these for postgraduate study, but which bank offers the best one?
My course lasts from September 2010 to September 2011 and should primarily cover living costs. How much money should I take out given that my tuition fees are covered by SAAS?

The only banks offering true career development loans (interest free until the end of your course) are Barclays and The Co-op, which narrows down the decision making at least!
