Can anyone recommend a good,physical self defence class?
I'm working in a security job now so I may have to deal with confrontational situations and restrain people,and seeing as I dont have much experience with that I'd like to get some more experience in those types of situations.
Its as much for selfconfidence as anything really,just so I know I got good handle of myself and that I can handle those situations.
