Yummy sweet potato wedges

Sweet potato (cut in to wedges, ready boiled)
Olive oil (spray on)
Paprika
Chilli powder

Spray tin foil with olive oil, then rest wedges on, moving them around a bit. Spray them with the oil, then sprinkle on the paprika and chilli liberally.

Cook on gas mark 7 for 30-40 minutes.

    I dont think ive ever had sweet potato :confused: Really want to try them apparently theyre yummy

    Sweet potato (kumara) is MASSIVE over here, as well as pumpkin, they are yummy :)
