i cant choose. I had an amazing sausage roll from the butchers earlier, that was proper nice meaty sausage - none of that sawdusty shit, with amazing pastry :yum: Then I had a fab bit of caramel chocolate shortbread, which i thought was going to be ok, but it was delicious.

But then again ive got a bag of curry/chilli cashew nuts on me that i just cant stop eating. I dont know whats best

Last nights Lasagne in the pub was amazing.

Not 100% sure if it was perfectly totally amazing as food, or if it was helped by it being 2245, me not having had dinner, yet when we smiled nicely at the landlord he said he could do lasagne and produced two huge steaming plates with inch thick slices of crusty bread on the side.

    Mmmmmmmm

Breakfast was rather dull, so I'll go with this 60% cacao Ghirardelli chocolate square I'm eating right now.

Lasagne is one of those dishes that benefits from being allowed to stand, which makes it ideal for pubs - so it may very well have been damn fine lasagne boosted by the circumstances. My mouth is watering thinking about it.

We Americans don't much appreciate being grilled and stuffed in a cheese sandwich. :(

Baked potato from the tatie man in town, with garlic butter, coleslaw and sweetcorn :yum:

Honestly, I could eat one of these every day. Plus they give you LOADS of topping, and all for £2.10 :thumb:

The baked potato man near work has started trialling baked sweet potatoes. I'm thinking they might just work with cottage cheese and pepper

The missus loves Sweet baked potatoes with cheese. Can't stand em myself.

Best thing today - Yorkie puddings (part of my dinner but alone they stand above anything else)
