Ok so about a week or so back I made a thread about starting a new job I had just got.
Well i started the job on Sunday and I got one reference back which was fine. And my other reference came back from my last job which didn't say anything about me leaving.
This is because I was still on my probation period and my manager was a complete greasy bully.
I have told my new employer that I thought he was a bully and he made me feel very bad at the time and that is why I felt I had to leave the company.
But because they haven't given details about me leaving my new company's HR are asking why.
I've told them I left but I am worried they may think I was dismissed. Thus harming my chances of getting the new job.
I've told them the story. Anyone know of anything I can do?
They want the references because I need to have keys for the new job.
And if I don't get the new job because of this I will be very very annoyed and upset.
