Right, im planning on doing to donate blood tomorrow, and was hopefully planning on going to the gym on saturday. Will this be alright or should i give the gym a miss for a few more days?

    Ask them when you donate. I would have thought that it might be a bit much but they are the experts when it comes to blood donation.
