How do you beat tiredness and heavy under-eyes without going back to bed?

Oh right thanks. I think I may just have a bottle of Lucozade before I go to work and try and get an early night tonight.

I am in agreement with everyone else about the writing...

And, you can get really good make up to cover the bags under your eyes. Try and have at least 9 hours sleep a night, and drink plenty of water.

    proving the point...

I am in agreement about the font.
Either the colour or the font should be changed if absolutely necessary. Never both. And especially not the size. It is horrible to read otherwise, and makes it look a bit *thinks of word* *can't think of word* horrible, you know what I mean!

Proves point: this is worse definitely:

As I've said in the another thread, people are welcome to use what they want when posting.

However, if the way someone is posting is causing you bother then I'd suggest not replying, or trying to reply constructively about the issue.

Lyric, you don't have to change the way you post, but you might find people respond better based on keeping your posting consistent. However, knock yourself out, if you don't want to change - but the replies you get are based on how easily people read what you post.

I wasnt saying she wasnt allowed to change the colour and font, but it is just very distracting to read and think that people would be more inclined to reply with constructive ideas if the text wasnt so hard to concentrate on. I'm all for being individual but I'd suggest a smaller font size even.

Wasnt being nasty, just want to help lyric get the help she's looking for

It's okay, I understand. I've reduced the size a bit now.
And I'm 17. How many hours of sleep a night should I be getting?

Minimum of 8 I'd say. More on the odd occasion to allow for extra pressures of your day to day life

Hmm, I only really get like between 5 and 7 hours a night..

Perhaps you should take a half-hour nap when you get home in the evening

    Perhaps. Does that work though?

Enough. That's all and it differs from person to person and moment in life to moment in life. If you are consistently tired then it suggests that you aren't getting enough. It's a pretty obvious barometer really.

    Tired = needs sleep
Not tired = don't need sleep

    :p

As for the original question, I find that just getting on with the day soon makes the morning sleepy feeling go away.

I suffer from bags under the eyes after particularily heavy days and often wonder what would be the best thing to eradicate them.

Alas, here I sit at 01:57 am pondering it over. :D

There must be something else that can help apart from sleep..

Nope sleeps pretty much it, seeing as how its a necessary bodily function and everything. Theres very few things that can replicate something that you need that much

    AThiefAWhoreAndALiar is right

If you're finding it difficult to sleep, just relax...listen to music...

A good routine in the evening helps as well...realxing baths work wonders!

    Take care
