If that's a bit too much for you, try listening to a local radio station. At night time the dj people always seem a bit lonely, and it's like they're talking to you. And the people that phone in, they're awake now too, whether they're driving lorries, or emptying the bins, or anything. ANd you can think about them just till you fall asleep. And then when you wake up, it'll be a new day, and maybe something new will happen, and that just might make it all ok.
