I'm partial to either beans and coleslaw (tried it once by mistake and :yum:) or chilli.

Plenty of butter on first, too. Phwoar.

I take mine out scoop out all the middle, mix with butter and cheese, put it back in the skin and back in the oven for another 5 mins.

    Cheese and salsa

Though once I had one at a resturant that had blackened chicken, squash, broccoli, carrots, chedder and jack cheese and an alfredo sauce

Turning a vegetable into a 1300 calorie entree is the only way to do it ;) *jiggles belly*

Are the beans you people are putting on your potatoes those diarrhea looking beans you eat for breakfast, or like a green bean or kidney bean? Oh I bet adding some black beans to the cheese and salsa would be good.

i usually have my baked potatoes plain with a TINY bit of flora in it...I don't usually have a filling in it because i normally have them with a piece of chicken and some salad for my evening meal or something.

if i'm having the baked potato on its own, i normally have just beans. if i'm feeling naughty, i like chilli with cheese & sour cream (super unhealthy but yummy!), cheese & beans or just chilli.

That's not a baked potato. Clues in the word 'baked'. Tastes no where near as good.

I just much prefer the taste when they're done in the microwave rather than the oven...not technically correct I know, but each to their own...
